Together, we’ll expand our inner light and reclaim our wild hearts by tapping into the energies of playfulness, child-like wonder, and curiosity—exploring the resonance of our voices as a tool for both play and healing along the way.  

The journey begins with grounding the breath and a few minutes of playful, guided vocal release and toning.  From there, Zina will guide you through an immersive and restorative sound experience—weaving the crystalline frequencies of singing bowls with her vocals, grounding drumbeats, and soothing percussion.

In a world that demands so much of us, this is a space to soften, to explore, and to remember the wild beauty of your authentic self.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Samuel Renfroe will offer Reiki by placing or hovering his hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel his gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self. You will be asked privately if you would not like to be touched and if you would not like to participate in the reiki.
