Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® for the Mind and Body

Feldenkrais® group classes, called Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons, offer a transformative way to improve body awareness, flexibility, and effortless movement. In these classes, you sit or lie on a padded mat as the instructor guides you through gentle movement sequences. Rather than imitating or forcing your body, you're encouraged to explore the movements in a way that feels safe and comfortable for your unique structure and abilities.
Restorative Movement with Balls & Soft Rolling

"Restorative Movement" combines the principles of the Alexander Technique with a focus on balancing our body's structure and moving through all planes of the spine with conscious awareness, emphasizing the fluid nature of our movement for ease.-
Energizing Flow

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 12-1pm
For any yogi with a solid foundation of yoga knowledge and experience wanting to get a good workout in and maybe even have some fun doing it! This class is in a warm room (around 80 degrees) and utilizes good music, a lively-paced intermediate flow, and some core work to get your body moving and heart pumping. The intention here is to build strength and stamina, challenge your cardiovascular system, have fun moving through flow sequences that feel great in your body, and get a solid workout.
Qigong

Qigong (AKA Chi Gong) is a moving meditation technique that not only improves physical fitness, but also assists us in achieving a deeper sense of calm (and thus gets us into parasympathetic nervous system dominance). This relieves tension and stress, and supports our body temples to heal, grow and repair from injury and illness.
Kundalini

This all-level Kundalini yoga class uses a combination of postures, breath, mantra, sound, and meditation to help you recognize your connection to your infinite self and enjoy an ever-expanding state of peace, love, joy, health, and prosperity.

This class gives instruction on the techniques and benefits of building a mindfulness meditation practice. Each gathering will include a talk & themed guided meditation (happiness, self-acceptance, gratitude, loving kindness and others) followed by participant Q&A. Drop in or pre-register online. Please arrive five minutes early, no late admissions.
