How to play a therapeutically effective 30-45 minute crystal bowl session
The Chakras and how to open, energize, and harmonize them with the bowls
How crystal bowls support healing of physical, mental, and emotional ailments
You will also get the opportunity for lots and lots of PRACTICE on some of the highest-quality bowls in the world, which is the most important element for building skill and confidence.

Carrie Arlah has been working as a professional musician since she was 11 years old, training deeply in the art of music, sound, and performance. She brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to her work as a sound healer as well as to her students in both the Ceremony of Sound and Temple of Light programs at Breath+Oneness.
Carrie is passionate about the healing power of sound and about getting this powerful medicine out into the world for the benefit of all. Crystal Bowls have been a magical part of her own journey, and she credits them for a massive upleveling in her life that began a few years ago and continues today. She knows the power of these instruments and is deeply honored to be able to work with them as well as to share them with others.

This program will be held at Breath+Oneness, a warm and inviting wellness center on the California coast in beautiful Capitola, CA. This charming beach town is a destination due to its cozy atmosphere, gorgeous scenery, fun shopping and delicious dining.
If you’re planning on coming from out of town, make this a fun extended weekend and stay in one of the nearby hotels for a mix of enjoying yourself while also learning and growing 🙌

No, you don’t need to own any bowls, we have plenty for you to practice with! If you do own your own bowls it would be helpful for you to bring them with you for practice.

None at all. Crystal Bowls are one of the most accessible instruments on the planet, being fun and relatively easy to play. They allow people just beginning their music and sound journey to grow confidence and familiarity in a gentle yet powerful way.

There is a $250 penalty for cancellation up to one month prior to start date
There is no cancellation within one month of start date
If an emergency occurs, funds can be applied towards a future coursescription
